It's that time of year when the fishing really starts to heat up. The trout bite continues to pickup with the cooler water temps. I love to use a 1/8 ounce jig with a zman fluke. Look for these fish to be congregated in the deeper troughs in the bays with good water flow. The snook bite remains solid with some big girls moving into the back bays and creeks. Bait for these bigger fish has been challenging with the latest cold front stirring up the gulf. Never be afraid to chunk some lady fish or mullet if the bait fish are not available. Look for an amazing week of fishing with the weather temps being perfect for fishing. Capt Joey Benko www.naplesfishingguide.com 2394507382
